In September 2021 Boston Endeavour Academy opened as the successor school to the John Fielding Special School.
The John Fielding Special School had enjoyed a successful few years preceding closure, resulting from values-driven leadership and excellent school improvement input from CIT. Boston Endeavour Academy has adopted the aims, values and mission statement of our predecessor school as these are established foundation stones of our offer to our pupils and our wider stakeholders.
The School’s Key Priorities:
– Ensure that the curriculum maximises the knowledge of all pupils to thrive in the modern world.
– For behaviour and attitudes to be outstanding and all pupils to be safe and feel safe.
– For the curriculum to offer opportunities for personal growth according to each pupil’s interests and aptitude.
– Strengthen Governance and leadership depth to deliver a continually improving school, with a particular emphasis on planning for expansion.
